Project 1 | Digital Custody initiative

Developed a Cloud-based Digital Custody application to digitize the custody services for the clients,enhancing efficiency and scalability. The platform will typically include services such as Onboarding,I nvestors 360 portal, Non-Financial Transactions, AMC & Distributor management etc.
Implemented a streamlined onboarding journey for Portfolio Management Services (PMS) across platforms such as Ipru, ambit Jama, ISEC, and others. Additionally, facilitated seamless onboarding for Demat Account Opening and Current Account setup for various customer segments, including individual and non-individual holders, Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPI), Foreign Direct Investors (FDI).
Led key initiatives in creating BRS, TCS, and product prototyping. Defined project impact, architecture, and cloud deployments using Azure PaaS components, including AKS, Service Bus, Event Hub, Redis Cache, SQL DB, App Configuration, and Container Registry. Spearheaded Kubernetes-based deployments and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) component deployment. Managed application builds and backend image deployments via Git-based CI/CD pipelines into Azure Container Registry (ACR).

Developed a clearing and settlement application for Trading Members (TMs), Custodian Participant (CPs), and NRI clients, streamlining client registration, beginning-of-day (BOD) activities, collateral management (inward/outward), valuation, intra-day risk monitoring, client obligation settlement, and session-wise end-of-day (EOD) processes. Automated client reporting using Power BI, maintaining Client’s Accounting Ledger, optimized exchange reporting, billing, and trading limit management.
Spearheaded Change and Incident Management, ensuring optimal application availability and system resilience.
Orchestrated application deployments across User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production, and disaster recovery (DR) environments, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal downtime.
